omg i can just imagine sitting on the beach eating that yummm
been on an 8 day break due to my holiday and have ate everything and anything possible.
and really, i don’t feel bad. what’s the point of having a holiday when you can’t indulge.
but anyways, back to reality, back to eating healthy.
one thing i did notice though when i kept eating crap I started to feel really shit so had to order fruit salad quite a bit. something I usually wouldn’t pay for at restaurants/hotels as it’s so overpriced.
new fruit obsessed with: pineapple. It was so good on the island. Best tasting fruit ever! mmmmmm.
1/2 cup Mushrooms
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup tomatoes
1/2 cup fat free cheese
3 egg whites
